FYI
If I have not answered any questions I’m sorry. My computer(s) all three of them are completely dead I can fix them but that would ruin my excuse of buying a brand new one with my tax money lol. So sit tight I will be back with the question answering shortly.
My body fat down to 25.6. Three weeks ago it was at 28.0. I’m sure if I drop under 20 percent by summer my ab swag will be at a all time high. Not bad given that I was 40 plus percent 11 months ago. I hope all of my followers are continuing to be as health motivated as they can be. Stay positive keep focus and keep going.

statisticalrandoms asked: I'm a fairly new follower so I apologize if you've answered this before.. do you think it's more effective to shed body fat first, gain muscle first, do both simultaneously, or cycle (lean/build/lean/build)?
