just-fricking-do-it asked: I'm no fitness expert, but I would suggest doing that many push ups like every other day or so? By doing that many reps you're definitely breaking down muscle tissue and it might need a little break to build back up. Just a suggestion though haha. If it works for you already then just ignore me :)

I Can Accept Failure What I Can't Accept Is Not...
Well folks I could not finish the 340. On the 3rd to last set I got to 24 and my triceps just could not go any further so as of right now my total for today is 280. SMH yesterday I did 308 I guess I need more time before doing so many reps.

Since my chest is on fire after my 4th set someone asked for a break down so here it goes. 24,27,28,29,30,29,30,29,30,29,28,27 = 340 75-120 sec break in between, the bold number is the set I’m on.

Rittr Labs are the makers of this app they also have a Sit ups, Squats, and Pull ups app. These are the apps I used when I first started out and they are all amazing. Today's Push Up Routine.
22,25,27,26,27,26,27,26,27,26,27,22 = 308
75 second breaks in between each now obviously I took a little longer on the breaks as the work out went on but none the less I finished all 308 push ups.
