Mostly milk and yogurt, cheese is still on trial but I think I’m lactose intolerant. How do I know you ask? Oh let me give you some TMI when I drink milk or eat Greek yogurt I have terrible gas for the whole day and my farts smell 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times worse than normal. So yeah me and the Mrs. Are off that! Almond milk and lactaid here we come.
Today was an amazing day. Let me tell you all why. Lately when it comes to working out I’ve done it alone and my fiancee has done it on her own time. But that last few weeks she has taken it in her own hands to join me in my sessions and workout with me. It’s made me happy/proud to see her push and do what I do with no complaints she just looks at me like “what are we doing?” and then she just goes in. Last night we discussed what she wants to work on and she told me something that actually surprised me, She told me “I want to work on my chest”. It wasn’t the typical things I hear from co-workers, friends, family members etc. saying I want to work on my legs, arms, glutes or what ever, so I told her OK lets do it. I held nothing back in our session, I made her push, push, and push, then all of a sudden she starts crying. I can tell that level of working out and pushing herself is something she has never done. She confessed to me that she felt weak and not strong enough and it bothered her to the point of tears that she could not do certain things. I coached her through a lot of the exercises but it really warmed my heart that she wanted it that much. She finally crossed a road that I’ve crossed a year ago. We bonded today and a way that we have never. It feels great to have found someone to live and lead my life with but even better that she is right with me when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle. And as I type this she is surfing bodybuilding.com explaining the type of physique she was to obtain. I love this Woman!
