HOW I GOT STARTED: While at my brothers house I stepped on his scale. As we both were talking looking down at the digital scale it read 318 lbs!!! Needless to say my jaw dropped (so did his). I pulled my shirt up and shook my enormous belly and said this has to be 100 pounds of fat. From that moment on I dedicated myself to healthy living and lifestyle.

I am no where near done with transforming my body but since everyone was dying for a before and after I decided to just give the people what they want. I work(ed) so damn hard day in and day out, holding on to the type of body and healthy life I want for myself and in that pursuit I lost 99 pounds. I believed in myself and achieved so much, I lost a lot of weight but gained so much more in the process. Thank you for taking the ride with me I more than appreciate all the support thank you so much.
