Watch “In search of the perfect human diet”. If your eating quality meat, you should probably be eating more of it.

Well yea. It’s meat. It’s a massive holocaust beyond all comparison. Not to mention the most ecologically destructive industry of all time. Also, meat today (no matter how “organic”) it is, is basically poisonous to the body.

Meat isn’t inherently bad. It’s just the industry in America. :C

Don’t be. It’s based off the China Study which as been debunked anyway. Best thing you can do is eat a balanced diet… be an omnivore!

Meh, you should do some more research. A lot of these food (become a vegetarian) documentaries only quote parts of studies or completely fabricates them and make up info.

It is a very powerful documentary, I’ve recommended it to many people and it’s opened their eyes to what they’re putting into their bodies; what we exploit in the meat industry/agriculture as well.

There’s plenty of research that says meat as a (small) part of your diet is good, but yes, it will make you want to cut back. Brown Rice & beans ~ meat, and a hell of lot cheaper.
