- My gym had a competition going on so I decided to join in. I Really Did heavy bag flips for a time of 30 sec
Standing Dumbbell Straight-Arm Front Delt Raise Above Head +36 pts
- 7.5 lb x 20 reps (+18 pts)
- 7.5 lb x 20 reps (+18 pts)
- To warm my shoulders up my first set was done with thumbs facing up second done with thumbs down.
Shoulder Dislocation +5 pts
- 15 reps (+5 pts)
- still warming shoulders up.
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press +129 pts
- 50 lb x 12 reps (+40 pts)
- 60 lb x 10 reps (+45 pts)
- 70 lb x 6 reps (+44 pts)
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press +269 pts
- 95 lb x 12 reps (+83 pts)
- 115 lb x 10 reps (+93 pts)
- 130 lb x 6 reps (+93 pts)
