Jump Rope +145 pts
- 0:30:15 (+145 pts)
- 20 Rounds 1 min on 30 sec off. Done with extreme intensity! I love jumping rope outside.
Standing Military Press +516 pts
- 70 lb x 12 reps (+77 pts)
- 70 lb x 12 reps (+77 pts)
- 90 lb x 10 reps (+86 pts)
- 90 lb x 10 reps (+86 pts)
- 110 lb x 8 reps (+95 pts)
- 110 lb x 8 reps (+95 pts)
- Nothing Like An at home workout with old school weights baby. Had Iron Plates and a 20 pound barbell and I did work!!!
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise +170 pts
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+34 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+34 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+34 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+34 pts)
- 15 lb x 10 reps (+34 pts)
- Iron plates and screw on dumbbell handles. These were a super set to the military press, done nice and controlled going thru full range of motion with each set.
