I earned 1399 points for my workout on Fitocracy!
Jump Rope +83 pts
- 0:12:15 (+58 pts)
- 0:05:15 (+25 pts)
- First session was done with extreme intensity for 8 rounds, one minute on 30 seconds off. Second session was at the end of the workout and more of a cool down for three rounds, one minute on 30 seconds off
Barbell Squat +566 pts
- 140 lb x 15 reps (+74 pts)
- 160 lb x 12 reps (+82 pts)
- 190 lb x 12 reps (+101 pts)
- 230 lb x 10 reps (+129 pts)
- 280 lb x 10 reps (+180 pts)
- Back to barbell squat feels great!
Standing Military Press +437 pts
- 50 lb x 10 reps (+65 pts)
- 70 lb x 10 reps (+75 pts)
- 100 lb x 10 reps (+92 pts)
- 120 lb x 9 reps (+103 pts)
- 140 lb x 5 reps (+102 pts)
- Definitely have gotten stronger with doing the military press aka overhead press. Just a few weeks ago I wasn’t able to even do one rep at 140 lbs.
Dumbbell Bench Press +313 pts
- 60 lb x 10 reps (+77 pts)
- 70 lb x 10 reps (+82 pts)
- 80 lb x 6 reps (+77 pts)
- 80 lb x 6 reps (+77 pts)
- My chest felt like it was ripping from the sternum. I couldn’t go past two 80 pound dumbbells. Nonetheless a great feeling and a great workout.
