Double Under Jump Rope +107 pts
- 0:12:15 (+75 pts)
- 0:05:15 (+32 pts)
- First session Extreme intensity about 8 rounds 1 min on 30 off averaged about 30-40 jumps each minute I’m getting better! Second session was 3 round moderate intensity.
Barbell Squat +1134 pts
- 50 lb x 5 reps (+37 pts)
- 200 lb x 15 reps (+127 pts)
- 295 lb x 5 reps (+194 pts)
- 295 lb x 5 reps (+194 pts)

- First warm-up set was just a 50 pound barbell going ATG. Second warm-up set was 200 pounds going parallel. Working sets where at 295 pounds going parallel.
Standing Military Press +554 pts
- 100 lb x 12 reps (+94 pts)
- 125 lb x 5 reps (+92 pts)
- 125 lb x 5 reps (+92 pts)
- 125 lb x 5 reps (+92 pts)
- 125 lb x 5 reps (+92 pts)

- My shoulders are feeling at this time around. Had a tough time around the third to fifth set to keep my hips under me and not arch my back.
Barbell Deadlift +451 pts
- 280 lb x 10 reps (+206 pts)
- 330 lb x 5 reps (+245 pts)
- Easy breezy felt good though.
