- 0:14:15 (+88 pts)
- 0:05:15 (+32 pts)
- Session 1: about 9 rounds 1 min on 30 sec off extreme intensity. Session 2: End of work out moderate intensity 3 rounds 1 min on 30 sec off.
Barbell Squat +864 pts
- 50 lb x 20 reps (+49 pts)
- 140 lb x 15 reps (+85 pts)
- 250 lb x 5 reps (+143 pts)
- 250 lb x 5 reps (+143 pts)
- 250 lb x 7 reps (+158 pts)
- 250 lb x 5 reps (+143 pts)
- 250 lb x 5 reps (+143 pts)
- Warm up set: 50lbs just bar Warm up set 2: 140lbs Working Sets: On the 3rd working set my reason for logging 7 reps was because by the 3rd rep my legs gave out lol idk why they just did so I re-rack and did 4 reps to make up for it.

- 230 lb x 5 reps (+125 pts)

- Warm up set: 140lbs Working set: 230lbs made my just explode and made my arms feel like jello. Good workout all in all.
