- Session 1: Ran low on time so I only did 5 rounds 1 min on 30 sec off with extreme intensity. Jumped harder than I usually do since it was only 5 rounds.
Barbell Squat +976 pts
- 50 lb x 20 reps (+49 pts)
- 140 lb x 12 reps (+82 pts)
- 275 lb x 5 reps (+169 pts)
- 275 lb x 5 reps (+169 pts)
- 275 lb x 5 reps (+169 pts)
- 275 lb x 5 reps (+169 pts)
- 275 lb x 5 reps (+169 pts)
- Set 1-2: warm up set. Set 3-7: working set.
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press +474 pts
- 50 lb x 15 reps (+64 pts)
- 120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
- 120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
- 120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
- 120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
- 120 lb x 5 reps (+82 pts)
- Set 1: warm up Set 2-6: Working set. I was suppose to do 150 lbs today according to the stronglifts 5x5 program but I decided to drop weight to work on form.
Barbell Deadlift +499 pts
- 230 lb x 15 reps (+156 pts)
- 380 lb x 5 reps (+343 pts)
- Set 1: warm up Set 2: working.
Stretching +2 pts
- 0:10:00 (+2 pts)
- done inbetween warm up squat sets.
