To all my overweight ladies and gentlemen that aspire to be fit, healthy and confident if overall fat loss is what you seek look no further there is one brilliant way to achieve this and it’s COMPOUND, COMPOUND, COMPOUND movements. These exercises work the entire body when performed correctly. So stop it with the calf presses, quit it with the wrist curls, biceps curls shoulder shrugs etc. these do not attribute to total fat loss. Save that shit for when your females (12% bf) males ( 4-6% bf) or just don’t do them at all fuck it. Compound movement take more out of you need less time to do and get you in and out of the gym faster but if you enjoy being in the gym for 3 hours to eaches own I’m not trying to tell you what to do I’m just trying to enlighten you.
